At Barrel2Door, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our policy below for information on returns and refunds.

Please note that due to the nature of used barrels, minor cosmetic imperfections, previous markings, or natural variations in wood are expected and generally do not qualify as a defect unless they compromise the structural integrity or intended use of the barrel.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “As Is”
- Custom-made or personalized barrels (e.g., barrels with custom engraving or specific modifications)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@barrel2door.com within the [5] day return window. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or not as expected.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back without obtaining an RMA number.
- Packaging & Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
